Ask your Workspace super administrator to authorize access in the Google Admin console.
Step 2
Build your template with logo, colors, merge fields, and live preview.
Step 3
Test on your own account, then apply signatures to the users you choose.

5 Workspace users: $10/month. 10 users: $20/month. 25 users: $50/month. Billed monthly using your synced directory count, with at least one seat at checkout. Choosing fewer users for a push does not change that count.
FAQ
Do you route or read my email?
No. SignStampd reads your user directory and uses Google's Gmail settings API to update signatures. The requested scopes do not grant access to read messages or send mail. Your mail flows through Google.
What does setup actually involve?
A Google Workspace super administrator signs in and authorizes domain-wide delegation in the Admin console. Then you verify the connection and test one signature. Google says authorization changes can take up to 24 hours, though they usually work sooner. Read our setup guide before starting.
What happens after the trial?
You choose whether to subscribe at $2 per Workspace user per month. There is no automatic charge without checkout. After the trial, applying signatures requires an active subscription. Checkout uses your synced directory user count; selecting fewer users for a push does not reduce the billed count.
Can I try a signature without connecting Workspace?
Yes. The template gallery lets you customize and copy a signature without an account. The paid app adds directory personalization, team deployment, and automatic signatures for new hires.
